The general debris filter fits all RIDGID wet/dry shop vacs 5 gal. and larger and should only be used for dry pickup. RIDGID provides other filtration offerings, including VF5000 Fine Dust Filter (sold separately), VF6000 HEPA Material Filter (sold separately), VF7000 Wet Filter (sold separately), and VF8000 HEPA Filter (sold separately), depending on the job application and type of cleanup mess.
