Panasonic’s Exterior Wall Cap FV-WC04VE1 was designed exclusively as an accessory for use with WhisperComfort Energy Recovery Ventilator Model FV-04VE1. The polypropylene wall cap and polystyrene foam adaptor allows both exhaust (from the left) and supply (from the right) airflow through a single 5.50 in. – 5.75 in. penetration in the building envelope. The double chambers for exhaust and supply air requires one wall cap vs. other systems requiring two wall caps to properly ventilate the airflow. The dividers inside the bottom portion of the Y Shape chamber and the exterior wall cap help prevent cross contamination.
