Dual cooking grates and a side griddle allow you to cook in up to 510 sq. in. of cooking area. The 15-lb. wood pellet hopper allows you to cook from three hours to 15 hours. For precise cooking, it offers a digital control with a temperature range of 180 degrees F to 500 degrees F and an LED temperature display that lets you set the internal cooking temperature. To move it easily, it comes with a four-wheel movable cart with locking wheels and a side shelf. The automatic shut-down feature provides safety.
