Designed for cutting round holes in ceilings, walls and floors without making a mess, the AHC-19 is the perfect tool for installing recessed speakers, lighting or other round objects. This adjustable hole cutter can be hooked up to vacuums, with 2.5 in. (63.5 mm) Dia hose nozzles, to suck up debris as you go. It cuts plywood, sheetrock, plasterboard and acrylic sheet up to 1-1/16 in. (27 mm) T. Cutting depth is adjustable via hex locknut and compression spring. The tool cuts hole sizes from 2.2 in. to 9 in. (56 mm to 228.6 mm) Dia. Polycarbonate transparent dust shield collects dust and prevents chips from flying into eyes while cutting. Rubber gasket provides surface protection against damage, tight seal against flat surfaces and prevents fallout from debris. Compression spring absorbs vibrations while cutting. The tool can be used with any variable-speed drill. Note: power drill and vacuum not included with hole cutter.
