Cyclone 312 welder delivers beast mode performance. As one of our newest generation MIG/Stick welders, it offers up to 315 Amp in MIG and 250 Amp in Stick modes, with 35% duty cycle at maximum output. Cyclone 312 out-delivers similar competitor models on both, maximum output and duty cycle And the inverter design makes it among the smallest and lightest in its class for a self-contained, trolley type (undercarriage) welder. The unit has 4.3 in. TFT color LCD display that features bright, large and easy-to-read numerical readouts. Many advanced features include pre and post gas flow control, inductance (arc force) burn back control, 2T/4T control and many others. For the applications where body work, building vessels or hanging large panels and sheets are required the unit features spot and stitch timers which work together to provide consistent and high quality spot welds and seam sizes. For simple setup, use our advanced Power Set function, which automatically sets everything up, just input gas, wire size and metal thickness. And if you like the setup, you can save it in memory. For Aluminum work, the unit performs well with optional Parker DSP 360 Spool Gun. And for bulk aluminum use, you can choose to use optional polymer liner with stock 36 series MIG gun and optional U-groove aluminum drive rolls to drive the aluminum through the gun. Not many MIG guns have this feature. In Stick mode, the welder is capable to provide up to 250 Amp output and can handle E6010 rod easily.
