EternaPrime consists of a VOC exempt solvent that blends in a mixture of elastomers and resins. It is made to meet government health and environmental safety standards. EternaPrime is especially useful when dealing with tar, gravel, mortar, wood or concrete.Do not use EternaPrime on PVC material.
