Rubber-Cals Diamond-Plate Commercial rubber stair covers are an affordable solution to slippery stairways. You can protect the sensitive surface of your stairs while preventing injuries to those traveling on them with these rubber step treads. The durable tread mats are made from a blend of natural and reclaimed rubber materials to give them excellent resistance to abrasions, moisture, and weather. These resistances allow the rubber treads to withstand heavy foot traffic and exceed in outdoor applications. The key feature of these no-slip treads is the unique Diamond-Plate pattern, which is comprised of thin protrusions to enhance traction and provide a clean industrial aesthetic. The protrusions alternate in direction to offer multidirectional slip-resistance even when the stairs are wet. These non-slip stair treads are available in 2 large sizes that are wider than our regular step mats to fit the surface of most commercial staircases. The rubber step treads measure 6-6.5mm in thickness, increasing at the nose to grip around the edge of the sub-steps. The 1.6 in. lip both secures the tread mat into place and prevents feet from slipping off the edge of the step. Rubber-Cals Diamond-Plate Commercial rubber stair treads are designed for easy DIY installation and can be used either temporarily with double-sided tape or permanently with adhesive.
