The Elevate Outdoor High-Strength Steel T-Rack Style Kayak Carrier (formerly Apex) mounts to existing vehicle roof rack cross bars no larger than 1.25 in. W x 13/4 in. thick. The supports are rubber padded to protect kayaks from scratching during hauling and two 114 in. straps keep kayaks firmly secured in place. Includes all necessary hardware for mounting. Measures 14.75 in. L x 5.75 in. W x 15.75 in. H.
