Our Patent Pending Handy Bed is made of high quality exterior grade PVC (vinyl), which unlike wooden beds, will NEVER rot, twist or lose its white color due to weather or constant plant watering. Its simple design makes assembly easy for almost anyone in minutes using only a cordless drill with #2 Phillips bit. Stainless steel screws add strength where it counts. The units are stackable to increase soil depth and design. Each Handy Bed is 48 in. L x 48 in. W x 6 in. D and requires approximately 8 cubic feet or 10-14, 40 lb. bags of top soil. The white vinyl is self cleansing from the rain or with normal hose water. When placing The Handy Bed on your deck or concrete, you can line the bottom with plastic to avoid staining the surface below.
